The submission form collects your creator name, contact email, film title, original link, description and any optional profile, tools, category, duration, production details, third-party disclosures or collaboration interest you choose to provide. We keep the accepted terms and privacy versions, their text and the acceptance time. Submission is not marketing consent. Private submission and creator records support editorial review, production preparation, rights questions and relationships you choose to discuss. Only authorized administrators can access them. Selected-film exports contain the source link and editorial details for Gary's private Project Pilot workflow; contact email is excluded. No submission automatically becomes public, triggers outreach or authorizes publication. The site uses a necessary session cookie for form security and administration. Anti-spam controls keep a keyed hash derived from your connection IP and a rate-limit time bucket; the application does not store raw IP addresses in submission records. Hosting providers may separately retain security/access logs. Public episode thumbnails load from YouTube's image service. A video loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced player only after you choose Play, which connects to YouTube. No advertising, analytics trackers or marketing signup are added by this feature. This build sends no confirmation or marketing email. A successful on-screen confirmation is the receipt. Collaboration interest only records a preference; it does not subscribe you to a mailing list or initiate contact. Retention review: the editorial queue supports manual review of unselected submissions and records a review date where one is set. Selected-production and consent records may be retained for editorial or legal needs. No automatic deletion is enabled. Gary must approve a retention schedule and each deletion or anonymization procedure before execution. Private backups need the same approved retention review. There is no automatic purge schedule.
